Forging Manufacturer

Forging Manufacturers and Exporters in India

Components that meet ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS, and BIS requirements

Sendura forge is an ISO 9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 certified forging manufacturer in India that is located in Rajkot, Gujarat. As a leading forging suppliers in India we manufacture high quality forged components within country and abroad. Our manufactured forged components are used across various industries including automotive, defence, railways, earthmoving, etc. We manufactured parts feature precise geometry, tight tolerances, and superior metallurgical properties. Domestic and global brands prefer us for our IATF-aligned production process, on-schedule delivery, and lower total cost of ownership.

Our experience as forging suppliers in India spans more than 25 years—a quarter century of Kaizen, customer-centricity, and keeping pace with changing compliance requirements. To date, we have produced more than 700 custom designs for tier-2 and tier-1 suppliers, and for OEMs in different stages of growth. Material versatility, diverse product-application fit awareness, and robust documentation form the core of our expertise.

Finally, by emphasizing speed of delivery, a quality product through a technical review process, and third party verification of finished products, we reduce buyers’ fear of procuring goods from us and enhance our export capability. Currently, we are one of the most valued metal forgers of clients such as DANA and Mahindra (among many others) and currently supply numerous companies within the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Japan, South Korea and Australia.

Industry Experience

We have spent upwards of two decades supporting businesses big and small across multiple industries. While designs change, the need for carefully produced components, design and functional compliance, and optimal operational efficiency stays the same.

Automobiles

We support tier-1 manufacturers and OEMs with a range of engine, transmission, brake assembly, suspension, and exhaust components. Our system, modelled on IATF requirements, produces precise parts with accurate dimensions and near-net finish. Procurement managers appreciate our multi-stage testing, lower rejection rates, and robust traceability mechanism.

Defence

India is witnessing an increased domestic defence production, and as forging manufacturers, we are working with legacy operators and startups alike. Our experience supporting a wide range of requirements—from rocket housings to firearm components—makes us preferred partners in production. Businesses in this sector choose us for our compliance-awareness, documentation, and transparency, and our ability to quickly scale production on demand.

Railways

Sendura Forge remains a proud partner in the growth of Indian Railways. Over the years, we have produced a range of components, big and small, for workshops, yards, piping systems, and for the locomotives themselves. We supply only after confirming CAD-to-part congruity, physical checks, and visual inspections.

Earthmoving

Reports point to a steady rate of growth for the earthmoving industry. As forging manufacturers and suppliers in India, we cater to the machines behind this growth story. We routinely forge a wide variety of primary and auxiliary components for backhoe loaders, bulldozers, dumpers, and excavators. Our customers benefit from superior product strength, tight tolerances, and lower maintenance costs.

Agriculture

We work with a range of enterprises that produce agri-solutions for small and large farmers. Our forged components are routinely used in tractors and other major farm vehicles in India and across the globe. Over the years, the objectives have remained the same when it comes to the products supplied—higher stress resistance, longer operational life, and performance assurance.

Our Manufacturing Process

What sets us apart from other forging manufacturers in India is our three-step manufacturing process. While our product development procedure is heavily inspired by IATF, our forging process is designed around ISO 9001 PDCA principles.

Product Development

Custom orders come with their own set of requirements, which means special designs and metallurgical choices. We begin with the APQP stage, where we draw up a coordinated plan of action for product and process development. FMEA follows this stage and is split into design and production tracks to identify and offer remediations for systemic risks. Based on the above, the team designs a Control Plan that informs everyday operations on the shop floor. We follow this up with MSA and SPC to ensure measuring devices are functioning as expected and that the manufacturing process is stable and aligned with the plan of action.

This endeavour strengthens our PPAP claims—that we are able to forge the required parts with tight tolerances and precise dimensions, repeatedly.

Product Production

The hallmark of our production process is our dual emphasis on quality control and lower scrappage policy. Raw material sourced for the project is vetted before it is melted in the induction furnaces. They are then introduced to the production line, where up to three belt-drop hammers hot-forge them into accurate shapes. As the components cool down, we start marking them for traceability before subjecting them to heat treatment and secondary operations.

Post grinding, reaming, drilling, and other necessary operations, the components are subjected to routine inspections. Some of the more common tests include spectrometric testing, magnetic particle testing, universal machine testing, and CMM testing. At every stage, parts rejected are reworked and brought down to the requisite tolerance level instead of being scrapped, thereby lowering wastage and costs.
